Seven athletes represented the NSW HPC at the 2018 London Open, which took place at the Redbridge Sports Centre from the 9th - 10th of September. Competing in a world class field, the four seniors and three juniors put in solid performances debuting new skills and testing out future routines.
In the senior division Gabriel Swan-McLean and Prashanth Sellathurai finished 4th on Vault and Pommel respectively. Meanwhile in the junior division the trio of Jarrod Buick, Adam Rusgnach and Jack Hall finished in the top three spots in the international cup division. Jack Hall took home silver on Rings and High Bar in the Open division up against some of the best in Great Britain.
The boys now complete a week long training camp at South Essex Gymnastics Club before heading to Hungary for the upcoming Szombathely World Challenge Cup.
